To request private sessions with one of our expert instructors, please email us and choose a time that is most convenient to you. We’re happy to work around your schedule.

Terms & Conditions

Our private NYC fitness training includes a maximum number of 4 students per lesson. Cancellation notice must be given at least 24 hours prior to scheduled session, otherwise regular fee will be charged. It is recommended that you book well in advance as time slots are limited. All requests and bookings are conducted on a first come, first serve basis.
